Growing up around family-run businesses gave me real insight into how businesses operate day to day. Seeing the challenges, risks, and commitment involved helped me understand the importance of customer relationships, professionalism, and increasing sales through smart marketing and strong branding. This experience gave me a genuine understanding of what business owners need, because I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to build and grow a company from the ground up.
My background in HR, recruitment, and online marketing has also given me valuable experience in understanding people, building strong teams, and creating strategies that attract both customers and opportunities.
